What's New
Site News Feb 2010
The site is now over two years old, celebrating its second birthday on 1st January 2010. By the end of the first year there were around 200 members and at the end of the second over 600 and rising. It is not uncommon to see that about a hundred members have visited the site on any day and the numbers on at any one time have risen from well below ten to the mid teens. It is very pleasing to see that newcomers are contributing more.
There have been a number of developments and improvements since the autumn site news. The most apparent and popular improvement is the new easy access chatroom. The older version was slow and tiresome to enter whilst the new one is quick and user friendly and popular. It is hoped that even further improvements and developments will be made in the near future.
There is a new “contact us” tab allowing a more user friendly method for members and guests to contact “Admin” This system provides an automatic response to the senders email.
These new enhancements require proper testing and a new beta site has been set up to allow a team of “beta users” to test out new enhancements before they are unleashed on the rest of the users. This
has been very successful and on launch very few new facilities have had any problems.
Our thanks, of course must go to Admin, Tony and Cas-Couple who all do a great job developing the site. Our thanks too must go to the moderators, who have now been joined by Mark. This team whilst allowing freedom of expression do control the inevitable minor mistakes people make and keep out the less savoury approaches to the site.
Our special thanks must go to Naturist Couple, Gordon and Liz, who again have provided a prize of a weeks stay at Tan-y-ffordd which is not far from Tregaron. You can see plenty of pictures and an article about Tan-y-ffordd on the site. The prize for answering naturist questions this year was won by Marc and Emily and our congratulations go to them together with our best wishes for them to enjoy a wonderful week in the Welsh countryside.
As the summer now approaches we all look forward to reading about your naturist experiences and how wonderful the life-style is.
